Major Life Transitions Change More Than Circumstances
Some of life’s biggest transitions happen externally.
Others happen internally.
Career changes, burnout, grief, shifting identities, health challenges, and personal reinvention can leave people feeling disconnected from who they were — and uncertain about who they are becoming.
My coaching work is rooted in helping people move through those moments with greater clarity, self-understanding, and forward momentum.
Like many of my clients, I know what it feels like to navigate uncertainty while trying to rebuild direction and meaning.
From Navigating Transitions to Building Bridges.
My perspective is shaped by both professional and personal transition.
Over the years, I’ve navigated career shifts, periods of uncertainty, grief, and major life changes that forced me to reevaluate identity, priorities, and direction.
I also discovered later in life that I am neurodivergent — a realization that helped me better understand both my challenges and strengths.
Those experiences deepened my belief that meaningful change requires more than motivation alone.
People need:
reflection
structure
support
self-understanding
realistic momentum
That belief ultimately led me to become a certified life coach and build Be Brave Be More.
Today, I help clients navigate the uncertainty between “who they’ve been” and “who they’re becoming.”
Coaching With Both Empathy and Structure
My coaching style blends reflective conversation with practical forward movement.
I believe lasting change happens when people feel both supported and challenged.
As a Certified Life Coach and ICF member currently working toward ACC accreditation, I strive to provide coaching that is:
ethical
client-centered
evidence-informed
practical
compassionate
Clients often describe my approach as calm, thoughtful, structured, and deeply reflective.
Beyond Coaching
Outside of coaching, I recharge through reading, learning, trail walking, gaming, reflection, and quiet time with my wife and our pets.
These routines help keep me grounded and remind me how important balance, recovery, and self-awareness are during seasons of change.
Ready to start your next chapter?
You do not need to navigate major life changes alone.
Whether you’re rebuilding after loss, rethinking your direction, navigating burnout, or stepping into a completely new chapter, coaching can help you move forward with greater clarity and intention.
